By accessing the Music Row Piano website and purchasing or downloading our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website or purchase our products.
Music Row Piano sells digital software instruments (virtual instruments / sample libraries) designed for use with Native Instruments Kontakt. Upon completing your purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use the product on up to two (2) computers that you personally own or control.
All transactions on this website are processed through the Shopify Buy Button, powered by Shopify Inc. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Shopify's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Shopify securely handles all payment processing; Music Row Piano does not store or have access to your full payment card details.
Because Music Row Piano sells digital downloads that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. We are unable to offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or a download link has been issued.
Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases where a product is significantly defective and a fix cannot be provided. To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 14 days of purchase with a detailed description of the issue.
Music Row Piano requires a licensed, full version of Native Instruments Kontakt (version 6 or later recommended). It is not compatible with the free Kontakt Player. You are responsible for ensuring your system meets the minimum requirements before purchasing. We do not offer refunds based on compatibility issues that are disclosed in our documentation.
If you subscribe to our mailing list, your email address and name will be stored and managed by Mailchimp (an Intuit company). By subscribing, you agree to receive promotional emails, product updates, and relevant news from Music Row Piano. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us directly.
Mailchimp's handling of your data is governed by their Terms of Use and Privacy Statement.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, audio demos, video content, and the instrument itself — is the intellectual property of Music Row Piano and its creators, and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content from this website without prior written permission.
Music Row Piano products and this website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Music Row Piano and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, our products or this website — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nashville, Tennessee.
